The G4 and G4i weigh in at 36-37lbs, one of the lightest premium folding electric bikes on the market, with the innovative integration of lightweight materials delivering significant performance benefits and overall weight savings across the range. Gocycle’s renowned handling capability is enhanced further with the introduction of a new lighter and more precise carbon fibre mid-frame that forms the G4’s monocoque chassis. It provides a strong core and has the important job of connecting the hydroformed aluminum front frame and Gocycle’s patented magnesium Cleandrive.
The PitstopWheels®
Both G4 and G4i feature Gocycle’s world speed record holding PitstopWheels® and the new MotoGP-inspired treaded tires infused with silica compound providing superior grip and sure-footed handling. The side mounted design not only looks great but provides easy access for fixing a flat tire without removing the wheel!
The G4 Cockpit
The G4 comes with ergonomic and comfortable grips mated to a 3 speed mechanical twist shifter. Cables are elegantly routed through the frame connecting to the durable Shimano Nexus gearing. Central LED displays fuel level of your battery.

I’m not a designer, I’m not a gearhead, but it’s the first time I’ve felt the design of a bike. Right out of the box, I watched myself reenact those scenes from The Aviator, my eye pressed to the side of the frame, running my hands down the immaculately sculpted molding, imagining the e-bike scorching through the sky like a fighter jet. The Gocycle really commands your attention—and gets a lot of looks on the street, too.
Long wait but totally worth it. My work commute now comes with a smile on my face.
I love this bike. It is a good quality bicycle and fun to ride.

The G4 sits just below the G4i in Gocycle’s hierarchy but is still incredibly packed with tech. The motor fits into the front wheel, which is unusual but not unheard of.
Assembly is simple. Well engineered with European quality. Riding distance is limited by the small battery. Extremely fun to ride and stylish bike.
