Joyor LR800+/LR800S+ Electric Scooter

Joyor Scooter warrants the purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period aforementioned.

This limited warranty covers any defects in the new Joyor devices accompanied by this limited warranty statement for a period of 24 months after the first retail purchase for the electric parts (display, controller, motor and charger) against manufacturing defects on a replacement basis, and a 12-months or 2000km warranty for the battery (whichever comes first) under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-Joyor products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Joyor or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Joyor. Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Joyor is not responsible for damage arising from failure to following instructions relating to the product’s usage.
