DURABILITY TESTED ELECTRIC BIKES
One of the ways we ensure quality is to test the OLIC bikes in the harsh conditions of the real world. We have put the bikes on the roof of fishing boats. Pounded them in salt water and waves. Landed them in remote villages in Alaska and test road nine miles on hilly dirt roads. We have also tested the bikes in fishing and hunting conditions. In addition, we’ve left them outdoor for up to four months in campsites, in the rain, and in dust. In four years, we haven’t had any mechanical damages.
The initial OLIC Mission was to provide the highest value, entry level e-bike in the industry. Now that we have met that goal, we hope to be the longest distance, most durable e-bike in the industry. As technology has advanced, we stand to offer one of the longest ranging electric bikes in the industry that can perform equally as well on the coastal beaches of California to the steepest hills of San Francisco.
TESTED BIKES ON EVERY TERRAIN
At OLIC we test every bike design rigorously. Mike from Huntington Beach has tested each design in China, Alaska, Oregon, and California. He rides and records distance results in real-world environments. He evaluates every component on the bike for durability and performance. If he doesn’t like it, we change it! In addition, Mike has consumers test ride the bicycles as rentals and gets input from each customer about comfort and performance.
